Does the AI use country specific doctrines?

Does the computer controlled side use country specific doctrines or are the AI's tactics "one size fits all"? In other words, will the computer use different tactics if it is playing as the Soviets versus playing as the U.S.?

There are a number of customizable doctrine & RoE options that you can use to model different tactics and even different competence & trigger-happiness levels.

The scenario author sets up the desired AI behaviour in the scenario editor through the mission editor, customizable doctrine & RoE options.

Plus also doctrines naturally flow from the countries inventory, eg Hi-Lo-Hi bombing vs Hi-Hi-Hi bombing attached to a loadout, which can be loaded onto an aircraft.
