20 points

I'm going to have to use my wildcard next week unless my five remaining players have a field day.

Here's the table after Saturday with the usual no. of players left in brackets:

1. Warspite Hotspur FC (warspite1) – 261 + 47 = 308 (2)
2. Matrix FC (th1207) – 256 + 48 = 304 (3)
3. Last Post (ezz) – 249 + 34 = 283 (2)
4. Zeta16 (Zeta16) – 240 + 24 = 264 (4)
5. Laralayabouts2 (JeffK) – 217 + 41 = 258 (4)
6. Lord of the Ings (Encircled) – 231 + 20 = 251 (4)
7. FC Stricker (Admiral Stricker) – 219 + 32 = 251 (5)
8. Tired & Emotional (Dixie) – 230 + 16 = 246 (6)
9. Ormster United (Orm) – 222 + 24 = 246 (2)
10. Sardaukars (Sardaukar) – 217 + 22 = 239 (3)
11. Les Paul (VPaulus) – 209 + 21 = 230 (2)

My position may be exaggerated !!!

I had 3 injured and 1 doubtful so had to make changes

So some idiot made a raft of changes and screwed up the wildcard (You choose it before the changes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) so will lose 28 pts tomorrow!

Plus Aguero, my new cursed captain didnt play though Yaya Toure is VC and scored 9!.

7pt sub to come on for Evra who didn't start..Which considering the result was just as well.
Time to give up on de Gea I think. Just 20 points so far.

Well I was heading for a really rubbish score but was saved by Arsenal.. As a Spurs fan, I don't really want to be in that boat.

Over half my points this week come from the cannibal!

Well played [:)] I am looking into getting him into my team now, but its likely to cost at least 4 pts.

dropped Hazard. That is usually a sign for someone else to pick him as he'll score a hat trick and five assists now he's been dumped.

Start of the season Cazorla and Hazard were the first names on my teamsheet. Cazorla was quickly removed after he got injured, while I finally lost patience with Hazard a couple of weeks ago. With Ozil and Ramsey doing the biz, I can't see Cazorla necessarily even starting - but Hazard must get back to form soon..surely?

Well, I've taken the plunge and ripped up my team and pretty much started again. Out with most of the defenders in order to revamp the attacking line-up. Probably just in time for a massive loss of form for the lot of them [8|]

Here's the scores on the board as we go into an international break. Some good performances for my team were balanced by some shoddy work elsewhere (I'm looking at you Spurs) and an average performance from the Gunners. [:@]

Aguero's penalty miss cost me some points as well, although he did get an assist for that which at least cancelled out the negative points.

Decided to use the wild card and that Spurs were going to be the future of the premier league.

34 points suggests I made an error!

I think I spotted the slight problem in your plan... it was total sloblocks! [;)]

Let me be crystal clear for the avoidance of doubt:

"and that Spurs were going to be the future of the premier league".

NO WE'RE NOT!!! [:(]
