noob question: how to skip AI replay

Hi,

newb question: just getting started with game. when I have German set as computer opponent, it takes a long time to watch the AI replay all its battles as I wait for my turn to start. how do I skip through that and tell the AI not to replay everything?

It helps setting the message settings to 0. But it takes time during the hot attacking phases so just bear with it.

Set message to 0 and also scroll out to lowest map level; and drink a beer...

have to confess there is something compellingly masochistic at watching the AI at work in the first few turns - esp if you have given it some decent boosts
