His Kate production for the first 3 months of the war will be consumed making up the PH losses. He might as well park some of the CV's rather than waste fuel driving around with under strength units. That may give you some early opportunities.
If you could, try to highlight in your AAR where 2 day turns affects the battles. Like the second day strike at PH. This should be very interesting to watch!

Not sure though if I have available assets to pull that off.
Maybe you can use small ships and transfer them to Sumatra (or Ceylon), single ship TFs squad after squad.

Uncivil Engineer: Lets hope those losses very not too heavily FOW.
The patrol planes spotted KB near Midway last turn and hard to say how accurate the amount of planes available is in the picture.
Blind Sniper: Not a bad idea at all but first we need to deal with those IJN destroyers patrolling the Malacca strait.
The game pics from last turn...
Again we managed to shoot down quite a few bombers assaulting Luzon and Malaya. Whether actual losses are that high is uncertain.
However good reminder on how things play out with 2 day turns.
You cannot recall missions until the turn is run. No doubt some of those bombers would have been rested.
Oh.. and we have first bunch of IJN ships in the sunk list. It could have been better and it could have been worse.
KB is spotted cruising near Midway atoll. No sign off any invasion TF's but those might be coming soon...

December 11th - 12th 1941
Japanese forces land at Wake Island. Maizuru 2nd SNLF swiftly overruns the US troops defending the atoll.
SS I-157 launches 6 torpedoes againts BB Prince of Wales near Oosthaven. Luckily all of the torpedoes miss the target.
In Luzon Clark Field receives another large scale airstrike. The US pilots keep the airfield open for business.
RAF bombers hit few enemy transports near Kota Bharu and Tandjoengpinang. None of those transports are confirmed sunk.
The dutch SS KXII becomes the first allied submarine to hit enemy ships. The crew sinks xAKL Tatibana Maru and enemy vessel is confirmed sunk.
The following bases were seized by the enemy last turn: Wake Island, Tuguegarao, Vigan, San Fernando, Kweiteh and Cabanatuan.
Overall not so action packed turn. The allied signit indicates that japanese are moving more troops into Malaya to conduct that blitzkrieg offensive.
Thus far a bit suprised to see so little action at Luzon.
Japanese carriers are parked north of Wake Island. Intresting to see whether he will move againts Midway as well...

Royal Navy destroyer TF engages enemy near Mersing.
Allied ships manage to damage / sunk several enemy transport ships. Suprisingly no escorts with these ships are spotted.

Touche that the other bombers failed to hit any carrier targets.
1st Tank Regiment launches first ground offensive at Alor Star but the inial assault is repulsed ny 15th Indian Brigade.
IJA bombers launch yet another large airstrike againts Clark Field. This time around allied fighters are overwhelmed.
Japanese land troops at Batangas near Manila. This was definately an suprise move by my opponent.
The first ground assault is made againts Hong Kong. The base wohn't hold for long.
Allied recon aircraft lost contact with KB. The force is most likely heading towards home islands or Truk.
Japanese submarines sunk couple of transports and tankers fleeing towards Oz.
Bases captured by Japanese: Jolo and Miri.
Japanese ongoing invasion: Wewak, Aitape, Singkawang and Batangas.

obvert: Thanks! I will always try find turn related pics in this AAR. The give more "personal" feeling on things ongoing.
No turns this morning and heading out soon to coach girls football team. It is somewhat refreshing to have 20 youngsters running around! [:D]

RE: aztez vs katsuragi (DaBabes mod december 7th start)
I'm a coach as well, and it is fun. Baseball now and used to do basketball as well.
Hope the weather is okay and you're not having the massive rainstorms we're getting here.

Oh.. that fun things to do. I'am coaching ages 5-8. We started with 7 girls last year and now we have 40 in total.
Enjoying this stuff more than playing myself!
Both of my own daughters play football as well so that is an definate bonus.
The weather is actually good back here. Sunny and +9c. Really cannot complain since it is mid october!

I coached my oldest for a couple years when she was young. Of course, here we call it "soccer". I can't believe how old your girls are every time I see them on FB!
