Question about AI

When creating a scenario, does the AI have to be programmed to the last detail? Does the AI read/react dynamically to a player's actions or is it basically scripted?

Yes you have to assign each AI unit to a mission. I went round and round on this myself, I suggest(ed) they implement a feature where if you fail to designate AI to a mission it automatically takes a patrol roll with xx size patrol. Have to wait and see what happens.

You have to give it some AI logic to work with via the mission editor or a plot.

Smarter stuff possibly down the line but we feel the AI know is good start.
