Patient Opponent for Newbie

Hi,
Am looking for a patient opponent for a PBEM game - any scenario they'd recommend as a good PBEM starter. I don't have DaBigBabes, RA or the Extended Map installed yet - but if needed for whatever PBEM game I can get, then will install. Have played Coral Sea a few times.
No specific requirements - keen to develop more knowledge on the game - I'd expect max 3 days for a turn turnaround, give or take depending on travel.
