Start up error

Post by sullafelix »

When I try to start PZO my screen flashes for about 3-5 seconds and then just stops.

Funny thing is I can run the two older games with no problem at all.

I searched through to find and answer but haven't been successful.

any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Sorry, I've been out of town.

From the Matrix Main menu there is an selection for Configuration. Press that, and check that the screen resolution is set to a resolution that your system can display. Also make sure it has the correct display adapter identified.

If that doesn't fix the problem, there is a Log folder in the main Panzer Command folder. if you look in the log folder it should have a log file for each day (the file name contains the day). If you can post that log file I can take a look and see if there is something I can help with.

thanks

Sometimes it does that to me. It seems like it happens after an auto-update of windows. I shutdown and reboot and it is fixed.
