Sub won't chage course after torpedo

Can't change course of my sub after I launched a torpedo. The sub keeps in the same direction as the torpedo.
Why ? How could I ?

Zip it first. Tech forum usually have lesser limitation in file formats and size.

OK, ZIP seems OK

You will also notice the oddity of my torpedo trajectory circling around my contact 5.000 meters N-E from my position

I also notice that my speed has changed to FLANK when I was sneaking at 5knt and of course I didn't adjust speed manually ..
