Pilots TRAINING EXTREMELT SLOW!!!

Not sure what I am doing wrong!!

Some air groups have been training for 4 years at 100% AIRPORT, 10k alt, 0 dist.
Problem seems to be mainly bobmbers!!

AT Frezno- I have B-18A's that have been their most of war and are just reaching 70 Ground, 70 Defense

I have B-29-1's at LA for 6 months and are still way below exceptable levels...


What am I doing wrong??

I first rest to 99 Morale. Then, you Leaders influence their experiences gained. If an air group is going to be with me for the whole war, then I spend the PP to get a good leader. Here is what you look for training pilots (those that are restricted to USA only).

Training Mission as Principle Role
This includes all air groups. Assign leader using these priorities:
• Inspiration –Influences air group morale recovery.
• Leadership – Influences the air group’s experience gain.
• Of small import, Air Skill influences results in air-to-air combat.
• No other skills or qualities have any influence.

I've found that there's certain cases of units that no matter the who/what/when/where, they train EXTREMELY slowly as in only a pilot or 2 "might" get a skill gain in a week. I've tried many things but just haven't figured out the trigger yet for lack of training but it does seem like if you find a unit that has this symptom that it will always have it except if you put it into combat. A key indicator is that you see 0 fatigue build up whereas normally at range 0 @ 100% it'd be 6-8

Another thing is that bomber pilot gain has always been bad vs what fighters do even when combat missions occur.
