Which scenario to start ?

Post by nukkxx5058 »

Hi, I just completed all tutorials and I'd like to start my first scenario. Which one would you recommend for a newbie ?
Thx

Just pick one and try to err on the side of the less complex scenarios (according to the scenario description).

Fewer units will allow you to concentrate your attention and should make the learning curve more manageable.

Check them all out and then pick one that grabs your fancy. Each one has a description, difficulty rating, and complexity rating.

OK I picked the first suggestion : advanced ASW scenario.
And I'm already lost [&:]

Looking at the briefing, it says:

"Aim of this Exercise is to escort the HVU RFA Grey Rover to the RV position".

What does RV mean ? rendez-vous ? if yes where is it located ? don't seem to appear on the map or elsewhere. Then I can't see the RFA grey rover (which is part of SAU Group 1) moving so I don't see any waypoints to give me an indication where should we go ...

Then, other problem, when I browse the OOB I can't see any "Grey Rover". Just a "green" one ... I guess it's a typo ?

Well, I'm lost [&:] [&:] [&:]

Heeeeelp ! heeeelp !

yeah its the green one not grey! you have like 8 reference points, point r/v is between number 1 and 2.
