LBM files, can you help me please ?

LBM files, can you help me please ?

Hello mates, I was just inspecting my lbm files spwaw installation and I discovered that:

Question1 : Have you got anyone of such lbm files into your PIC folder ? or should I have them considereb ghost lbm files ? PLease only refer to your latest spwaw7.1 version

    Question3 : Just in case this is a problem for everybody then next question would be: do Matrix have them safe ? could then be zipped and linked somewhere ?

I posted a thread discussing this about a year ago. I remember that Chief and Gmenfan replied, but we never discovered why some of the LBM files in the PIC folder looked like this: Image
Since none of the pictures in the encyclopedia appear that way, I assumed those 'corrupted' files were not being used by the game.

I do recall that some were surprised that I had a viewer that displayed LBM files...when I told them it was Irfanview they tried it, but could not get the LBM files to open. I figured out that the current version of Irfanview (at that time) would not work, but the old version I was using (3.07) opened LBM files without any problems.

That indicates they were copied and saved under a different name. I had to deal with this in converting to LBM for Lost Victories Only the original file will work, not a copy with a different name.
