Game Loading Issue

Post by Mike McCreery »

Hey All,

I am playing my first PBEM as the allies, we are using slot 7.

I entered about 6 hours of commands but was having problems accessing the east coast base due to graphics issues so I saved the game in slot 10 and when I tried to re-load it the error message was.

"This save does not seem to be from an end-of-turn PBEM game continue?" And it hangs there until I hit escape where it informs me the load failed.

Has anyone else had these issues and is there a workaround?

Have you tried hitting the Y key? (Or is the program locking up so that this isn't working.)

I guess you are typing "y" for yes ?

Upload a file here and maybe MichaelM can have a look or maybe I can see if it is loading ...

When it gives me the y/n option the cursor is a blue circle showing that it is working and it does not let me hit yes or no.

When I hit escape it tells me the load failed.

You can't click on Yes or No. You have to actually type Y on the keyboard.
