The new Cold War turned hot wargame from On Target Simulations, now expanded with the Player's Edition! Choose the NATO or Soviet forces in one of many scenarios or two linked campaigns. No effort was spared to model modern warfare realistically, including armor, infantry, helicopters, air support, artillery, electronic warfare, chemical and nuclear weapons. An innovative new asynchronous turn order means that OODA loops and various effects on C3 are accurately modeled as never before.

I don't think it is possible. Would be good, but couldn't find a way to do it.

Although maybe can't be done within the game, you can auto hide the task bar which does give you the same thing...although not as convient.

You can go full screen a couple of ways while we look into the full screen at launch issue.
1. In windows you can have the task bar auto hide.
2. If you have 2 or more monitors move the game to the non-task bar side.

It's a bit of a screen hit, but as Charles stated last night in our Dev meeting, he usually has the manual or a web link on military units up that he can click to look stuff up.
OTS is looking forward to Southern Storm getting released!
