Linux port for WIR?

RedStar wishes to know:

Has anyone considered porting WIR to a Linux type plateform?

Graphics coding greatest problem--probably.

RedStar has neither time nor the expertize for this task. What languate WIR coded in?

WINE *should* be able to handle it.

If SPWAW can be used via WINE, WIR should be too....

...tho, I'm not that good *yet* with Linux - yet!

Such a port isn't going to happen.

However it isn't really needed. Wir runs excellently in dosemu (+freedos) under Linux. Its a better DOS than DOS! :)

Note: WINE is a windows emulator, WIR is a DOS app, so WINE won't help you.
