Frustrated - First Training Mission Continues To Crash

Tried 3x to complete Training Mission 1 crashed every time on two different computers. This last time this window popped up.

Sorry that keeps happening. Does it happen after a click or anything specific.

If you would please reinstall the prerequisites and let us know if it clears the problem

I've also had the first training mission go not responding several time..thank god for the auto save. It'll be going fine then all of a sudden it just freezes. I havent gotten any message though.
