[WAD] Build 446 will not install

message reads "This is probabaly a bug ..... Exception: Could not find a part of the
pack User\users\download\update pack B446\GIS\Elevations

Looks like you may have gotten a bad download.

I'd redownload and try again.

You must extract the zip file _to the Command installation folder_, and then run Command.exe there.
