Crash To Desktop

During the course of a game, the game will crash to my desktop. This seems to happen when left clicking on a base. It happened
very rarely in scenarios 1-10, but has happened with some regularity in scenario #11. Happened under v2.20 and 2.30. Does not happen with the same base, but with different ones. Am saving game after each turn, just in case, Any ideas? Thx.

This is nothing new. Mine crashes to desktop after about 2 hours of game play. This has happened with every version dating back to version 1. Thank goodness for autosave.

After about 2 hours, I shut the game down and restart it. I am good for another 2 hours.

I have no crashes but I do have lockups where I have to shut the computer down. I can't be 100% sure that this is a UV problem because my computer has its own problems but I thought I'd post it here in case anyone else is having similar problems. I didn't experience it before 2.30 and it has only happened 3 times so far in 12+ hours of 2.30 play.

I also still get the problem of the game not shutting down when I click the exit button. It hangs and I have to ctrl-alt-delete. That problem started with 2.20.
