Delay Move Special Order. Does this function exist or is it available only to certain units as I am yet to see it.

You can give an order to an army commander to synchronize movement (two arrows pointing right icon), it will cause all units under his command to delay and enter a region together. No option to give delay movement to a single stack though.

So just to confirm, the Delay Order described in the manual does not really exist?

LOL sorry about that, I totally missed that button, not sure how it works as I haven't used it yet. Problem with being a long time gamer of the engine, new features sometimes go unnoticed as I have old habits and methods of doing things within the game engine already and do not explore much.
