I understand. But, getting a retirement (eventually) means that you will get something back after putting in all those years with the RAF. And you have 2 years to figure out what you want to do with the rest of your life. Good for you!

So, how many years will you have if you get out in 2016? Enough to draw a retirement? I'm retiring next July, the soonest I can after this deployment. 26 years for me. The last 6 or so haven't been much fun. I'm ready to move on, and grow a beard. [:D]

You've been ready to move on for the last 6 years or so. [:D]

Hey Panthers! [8D]

Last nights game had no effect on me in the leagues, but I see Feces chuckin' apes in the green and Kido Butai in the red. Are we looking at a possible upset here? [X(]

Half day of work today followed by our first road trip of the youth hockey season. 2.5 hours away to Charlotte, NC for a tournament. 4 games minimum, with maybe a 5th if they play well and reach the championship game. This year's team is no where near the caliber of last year's, but maybe Alex can steal a win for them in goal. [:D]

I sure have. Unfortunately, I was full time for most of it and when I tried to retire a year ago, they wouldn't let me. Here I am experiencing this wonderful part of the world. Gotta look on the bright side though. I have a lot of time for WitP.

Boy, I only wish I had had AE with me out on the ship for 3 deployments! I might have finished 6 campaign games by now. [8D] Instead, I've not yet had a game make it to 1943. [:D]

It's a little warmer here, Marc, but I've been driving to work in the dark since the school year started. [:D]

We do have a freeze warning for overnight tonight. [X(]

I carpool at 5am. Monday through Friday. A mere 38 miles each way across metro Denver. With 4 women. And one of them is my wife.

We have "Indian Summer" here... temperatures from 22 to almost 26 degrees Centigrade in past 7+ days... [:)][8D]

Dunno. My RB situation is awful, just awful. I'm scraping the bottom of the barrel there. I have 7 starters on bye this week too across the board, which really doesn't help. I give myself about a 35% chance of pulling off an upset.

Waking up in the dark, driving to work in the dark, coming home in the dark. Yup, it's that time of year again.

Hey, NoDak-swing by Minot to close the barn doors on the silos before you head in to work, will ya? [X(]
