Cannot start Build 451

Cannot start Build 451

Just installed the Build 451 (updated from V1.01 B442), but cannot start it. There is following error message coming up.
Any idea to get it running?

Did you copy the files to your command directory?

Yes, extracted to command directory, overwriting all existing files.

Can you please delete your Command.ini file (from the main Command directory) and restart the game. The ini will be re-created and the game should run properly. (Be aware that doing this will erase your personal settings (message type settings etc.) so you may have to re-set them).
