[FIXED B452] Pot Bug Report - Scen. Editor

Not sure if this is a bug, but i'm trying to build a scenario about the pot. conflict in around the Senkaku Islands between the Chinese and Japanese. I was trying to add satellites and I consistently receive this error dialogue. See attached.
