Smiles

I have never used smiles before and think their very cool

Is there a way I can used them in my e-mail outside this forem

If so how do I do it?

Note: I tried typing in the text that schould be converted to a smiley face to my yahoo acount and that didn't work.

I tried to send an e-mail to my yahoo acount with the text in it that should have been converted, but it was not.

If you want to use smilies in your yahoo account, click on Compose. When a new E.mail page is open beside the title "Compose" you can choose "Plain" or "Color and graphics". If you choose color you get a choice of smilies
