[NO REPRO] cant drag my mouse to select

I cant drag my mouse any longer to select multiple contacts or to define an area of 4 Refpoints. Also it is no longer possible to move a RP with the mouse.

In which build did you start having this problem?

its with build 451.
but i think it worked after I installed b451. it is since two days. it is olso unpossible to Change a track by clicking to the waypoint an drag it with the mouse.

there is another interseting thing (but this is when I installed 451): on the right bootom Corner there are only the miles, but the drawing lines are missing, see Picture.

Today it works as usual - dragging the mouse is possible.
Don't know what was the Problem, I cannot replicate it (tried to Play the same Scenarios as the last days where the Problem occured).
