[FIXED B454] All radars on my ships turning on by themselves despite Parent setting

Thanks everyone for pointing this out! This issue has been fixed in Build 454.

indeed thank you - it may seem a pain or perhaps demanding to bring up these issues so soon, but ultimately for a game that may be around for quite a while we hope it is good to get these bugs out of the way at the start
