[FIXED B454] 5 kt nuclear (no armor penatration)

I'm firing UUM-44A SUBROC against Soviet SSN Akula. Every hit I get log says: No armor penetration. This is 5kt nuclear weapon so I think it should penetrate Akula's armor.

I had a similar bug. The farther away from the discharge point submarine nuclear depth charge, the more its rocket attacks (like an airplane). [8|]

Is this in pre-B454? This bug was fixed in Build 454.
