What did changed in your computer between now and then? The graphic card drivers? Then try with an older version of your graphical card drivers.

i tried inastall old version drivers graphical card and nothing:( i changed only LCD monitor
new 23 BenQ old asus 19 maybe new BenQ?

Check if Vsync is turned on your Nividia card settings, and if it's not please enable it and try playing that way.
Otherwise I'm afraid I don't know what might be interfering with the game.

I have problems with my units in DLC west 42-43( i have 30 units ) in first scenario DLC 42-43WEST i can play only 9 units to deploy(30 units reserve)when i give next turn, j havent my units reserve in reserve list:(:(:(:(:( help
