I have noticed that Distant Worlds Universe is in beta stage, what is new in this release?[;)]

Distance World Universe will be the next step into the series.
It will combine the current gameplay with a gigantic Online Miliplayer galaxy simulation. It will generate a complete milkyway around 100.000 ly, enough room for all player, so even with the fastest hyperdrive a player need month to cross the galaxy.
The new at DW universe will be that player play as character. They can create a political Empire as leader, a honorless pirate Clan, a devasting mercenary Admiral or new a Tycoon wo create a big finazial trade-empire.
