Briefings, Side briefings, event messages, database, and description of scenarios missing.

[Puller]

The scenario descriptions blacked out, but I can copy the letters and paste them. Same goes for the database and event messages, side briefings, and other stuff. The game is extremely wierd now and if I scroll the message down it gets really glitchy. My computer meets the requirements.... and i can play other games on high such as Airland Battle and such.... Someone help?

Hello,

Can you please do the following:
1) Download and apply the Build 451 update.
2) Turn off the Steam client.

Then run Command and see if the problem still persists.

Thanks!
