Question about grouping, disbanding and renaming

Hi, i play build 451 (with v1.01 installed before) of this great simulator.

A few questions:

1. How do i rename groups? (Ok, sorry found out: Select Group and hit "R")
2. How do i disband group-members which are not on the map already (e.g. units on airbase status: readying)

I think its not possible to manage groups which are not shown on the tactical map.

I'm not 100% sure what you are asking as well, but if I'm guessing right, you can remove a plane from a mission group in the mission editor before it takes off.
