[FIXED B461] Possible Bug...Scoring Calculates Oddly

This may be a bug...

I cannot get any rating below "Minor Defeat." Even if I set a scenario with the "Disaster" threshold at 0 or 10, it will say "Minor Defeat." Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? Thanks.

Here is one version of a scenario. "Disaster" threshold is set at 50 points...but at 0 I'm still only getting "Minor Defeat."

Yeah looks like something was broken. Points are scored correctly but evaluation is off. Logged.

I had this suspicion a while ago and mentioned it in a post but I neglected to dedicate a full thread to it. Sorry about that.

Attached scenario whipped up just to confirm it. Start with 0 score and an average. This is the scoring setup:



After 5 seconds, 50 points are deducted, it goes to Minor defeat (correct). at 13:00:10 again -50, it stays at minor defeat (should be major defeat) and at 13:00:15 another 50 deducted, stays at Minor, doesnt go to Disaster.
