How do you bring up the setup tray if it does not automatically pop up for you?

Ex. Barbarossa fast start scenario... 1. Germany aligns with say Finland. 2. You are now in the setup aligned minor phase and there is no setup tray. Grrr!

By setup try you mean the tray with the menú?

1 - How many monitors are you using? Are they the same size? The Setup tray may be 'off-screen'. If this is the case, try putting the Main form on the larger monitor, which should work as a temporary solution. I have fixing this for multiple monitors on my to-do list.

2 - Is the setup tray behind the detailed map? It shouldn't be, but that may happen at times (I don't know how or why).

Yes, I am running 2 different size monitors. I switched the main display to the larger monitor and shazaam the setup tray appeared.

You were correct sir... the setup tray was apparently hidden off screen somewhere on the smaller monitor. [&:]
