Combat Engineers

I'm unsure if this is working.

I have the engineers stacked with the unit to receive the 'river-crossing' bonus.

I have no idea how to assign the engineer to use his ability, though it asks if I want to.

Checked the manual and the video, and there is nothing regarding how this action is performed.

If you want to use the engineer bonus, you should do so by first right clicking on the engineer. Than the unit form pops up and choose "use engineers in combat".

After this, you can select the other units which you want to receive this bonus by right clicking on that unit and select "use engineers bonus" (or something like this).

If this doesn't do the trick, please say so...
