Unable to access Seeking Opponent database.

This is when I try to log in to the netplay forum ... !!!
Any ideas ... anyone ...
I am in the right place to post this ... !!!!

I use the newest patch 1.0.3!

For my Brother and me it is the same mistake. But i have the latest patch 1.0.3!!!!
