Is it working or down? Loaded 1.02 and can't get it going

Steve has an update ready and it is being tested. Test phase is a bit longer, as this problem was accidently added to the 1.02 release and he wants to make sure he did not create others.

I just approved the official Update (version 1.0.3) so it should be available shortly.

I just downloaded 1.03 update. 1800 hrs 18 November EST United States East Coast time zone.
"You can't stack units in this game. This is Tactics II, hexes haven't been invented yet..."
