[FIXED B464] VDS issue?

Hi. I don't understand the operation of naval sonar VDS, mounted on the French FREMM Aquitaine,
and the model UMS 4249 CAPTAS which I proceeded to mount on Italian FREMM, (Fasan and Margottini ASW have it).
The sonar seems to work, there are convergence ring and enemy submarines perceive the LF sonar,
but the ships are not able to find anything, shallow or deep . I'm doing something wrong? Thank you.

Can you please tell us which build you are running and post a save of the scenario? Thanks!

The version is BUILD 451.
I was not playing a scenario in particular, but just doing tests on map between
an ally ship (FREMM) and an enemy submarine, trying to understand how it works!

Without a save file it is extremely difficult for us to recreate the situation you are describing and thus investigate it. Could you please post a save of the situation where you are facing this issue? Thanks!

I'm sorry for the delay. This is my simple scenario, the other sonar work perfectly while VDS mounted
on French Aquitaine and Italian Bergamini not seem to work! thanks!

Thanks! There was indeed a subtle flaw which only affected active/passive VDS systems like the DUBV-43 in this case.

Fixed in Build 464.
