A few questions!

Pandora: First Contact is a science-fiction turn-based strategy game of epic scale. Can you have world wars spanning many large continents? How are civs placed? Is there city spam?

I cannot stand 4x games where you start out and your enemy is right next to you or where there is no limitations on city and unit building and it becomes micro management hell!
