Black screen after start of game

Black Game Screen (No textures)

Game starts up ok.
Select New Game from menu - Initialises ok.
Select Start on dialog - Initialises ok.
Plays movie ok - escape out.
Select Close on initial Report and Black screen (stealth mode!)...
Everything works fine except you cant see any anything.
Tried different display modes, resolutions, reboot etc - same problem.
Black game screen attached.

Ideas?
