Game Stuck

Post by Dr. Foo »

I just fought a battle in the North Atlantic between a CW cruiser and a German Sub, the sub aborted and I am in the Naval Combat Abort Digression phase. The sub aborted and got out of dodge. When I attempt to advance the game I get an error message: Please wait, updating Units in Hex Panel.

It's been updating for a long time. I've tried to save the game but it says: You cannot save the game at this point.

Thanks, lucky for me I save a lot so I just went back to the Allies Naval Movement phase and this time the search failed and there was no combat.

I have a saved game with instructions on how to reproduce this from Lars. I'll kick that up in my priorities of "what to work on next".

Thanks, as a workaround, I find that as long as I do not use the Hex Panel the error does not occur.
