Oil form does not display

Running the Barbarossa Scenario solitaire. When I get to the end of the turn after returning ships to port i get an error message, after this the game is stuck in the oil spending phase. I can't get out of it. I assume that it is the oil form that isn't displayed. Had the same problem twice (both of my tries in the Barbarossa solitarire scenario.

What is the error message?

If you can reproduce this problem, please tell me how so I can make it happen on my computer and fix it.

I get no error message. I got the form that makes you send an email. I did so but I thought that I should post it here in case others got the same problem. I just played the Barbarossa scenario solitaire until the end of the first turn. Then this problem occurs. Got it twice before I posted. Removed oil rules and the problem went away. Did you get the email ord do you get so many that it disapears in the storm?

No, I don't lose emails. But I do have trouble matching an individual's forum name (Lokux) to the name on the email (???). That makes it hard for me to link an email bug report to a Tech Support thread. Sometimes it is obvious, but other times, not so much so.
