Tank Operations: European Campaign Anybody checked this game out?

Anybody checked out Tank Operations: European Campaign was posted on wargamer.com that it released today and I watched the youtube video, it seemed interesting, almost like the old panzer corps game.

Tried the demo some month ago, bit didn´t really liked it.

I got it a while back while it was just in german still. Its a lot like Panzer general 2 but bigger in scale i think. It only has allied campaigns and no single scenarios.

I bought it last night...played for 7 hours and was still not finished the first mission. It's a good beer and pretzels wargame and if you like games like Panzer General you should like this too. It only has 12 scenarios but like I said I played for 7 hours and was still in the first mission so they are quite large scenarios. It is only ten bucks right now on Steam and GamersGate so not much to lose if you don't like it. Wish Matrixgames would sell new games so cheaply.

Not that I like sending people to purchase elsewhere (as it is not available here so I fell better).


Right now Steam has it on sale for $9.74 US. Good for another 25 hours or so at that price. I may purchase it as I have some money in my Steam account.
