Cannot get past Phase -NETPLAY

Hi On my end it says remove air and waiting on opponents end it says Annual additions. This is a repeatable bug. Save game available and also on the server I imagine.

Over 5 hours spent playing today and same last weekend until Steve gave us the 1.0.3 patch.

Hopefully this gets resolved soon.
