1945 British Medium Artillery upgrades bugged

Mine seem to have upgrade correctly. Using Beta 1123q.

Normally you'd see this type thing when there's a typo in the date of the TOE upgrade. Strange thing I've just started a new scen 1 under 1123u & in Jan42 I get the TOE upgrade to that listing but the 5.5 & 7.2 aren't avail till 45. I don't see any other updates other than the Dec41/Jan42 one for that in my game.

Sounds like the 'delay' for the TOE was set to 9999 - not active. Has game time gone for 749 days?[:D]
