Return to base bug

Post by oleb »

It is possible to change sea box sections during return to base.
To reproduce, select units from different sea boxes in the NRD. Place the cursor outside the NRD and cancel with ESC. All the units should now be in the same sea box. In the example below they all end up in the 0 box, but I have had a JP 4 range TRS in the 4 box, making it unreturnable.

From the picture above I selcted all returnable units, and then canceled, ending up with this:

I can't get a ship in a higher box, if I do what you did. So my question is: how did you do this exactly (can you reproduce this?)

However, I can get them in the 0 boxes if I select the naval units as you did and that's indeed a bug.

It was just after invading Vladivostok. I had JP units in the 3 and 4 boxes. Thats all I remember. I`ll send some units to sea and try to reproduce on my next turn.
