Useless bridges

PBEMing Red Banner Slam some bridges that were not at the start appeared in dry land. Files attached.

We have seen in some rare occasions a bridge get caught up in a quick click and drag move and get stuck in the map. We will look back into this issue because we thought we had it nailed down, but it would appear it still happen. Can you check wit your opponent and see if he had the bridge move on him?
