Help! New installation fails

I have been faithfully playing AE since it first came out, and now I find that (for the first time in several years) I need to do a reinstall. Unfortunately, every copy I have of the installer (including my original disc from Matrix) gives me a data integrity error during the installation, on multiple files. Does anyone have any ideas, or know if/how Matrix can authorize me to re-download the installer again?

More info needed, mate? What OS, and did you try to install it in admin-mode if your OS is post-XP? Crash-dump available, etc, etc.

Installing on a Toshiba laptop running Win7 Ultimate. The account I'm using has Admin rights--its not a question of the installation failing to start, its a matter of errors unpacking the files while the installation is running. I get a data integrity error message (can't remember the exact language), and the "ignore/abort/retry" message. Retry leads to the same message; ignore leads to the same message for the next file to be unpacked.

You should be able to re-download it even though you have the physical version in the members section -> My orders

Thanks for the advice. Because my order was in 2009, I have opened a help desk ticket to hopefully get on track.
