Great War At Sea

I hate to bring up a competitor here but........

Does anyone know if they have made any of the Great War At Sea boardgames into computer games? They cover alot of the topics I like such as WWI, Russo-Japanese War, Spanish-American War, and the hypothetical wars that were planned but not fought. Or, are there any of these types of games out there? Gary are you listening? hint hint hint

I hear, Norm Koger is creating a Russo-Japan war tactical naval sim. Dont know the specifics.

I believe that is supposed to be a sequel to his Jutland game. Check out HPS Sims website for more info.

that sounded very interesting. the pre-dreadnought era has been neglected too long. Can only simm so much of it using Gary's Battlecruiser.

HINT HINT gary.....need an update on that game, preferably covering 1865 - 1945 Pacific and Atlantic and Med

Hey Snigbert,

I believe you are confusing John Tiller with Norm Koger. JT publishes his games through HPS and he has a naval campaign series featuring the Jutland and Tsushima naval battles.

Like you I have been waiting many years for someone to migrate all of the Great War at Sea games to the PC. I don't know what the market looks like for these games but I for one am interested.

Why 1865? That would leave out the first ironclad duel in history...
