Alternative ways to Keypad functions

Post by ruixilyy »

When I read the manual I find some hot keys are located on the keypad (num pad), not the main keyboard. For example, the change of time compression, the change view of Group/units, etc. Unfortunately my laptop (and perhaps many other laptop) does not have num pad function (my PC is Levono S205) so that means I have to use the mouse to change the time compression. Also I found no other way to change the group/unit view. It is not a big issue but still I wonder whether in the next build the designer can add an alternative way for all the keypad functions?

I second this. I usually play CMANO on a Macbook Pro, booting into Windows using Bootcamp. Newer Mac laptops don't have a numeric keypad. I do have an external USB keypad, but it would be great to be able to remap keys so I don't need to use it.

Yes, please! Playing on a laptop is very difficult currently.
