Evac the BEF

Can anyone tell me how to evac the BEF? I have transports out in the North Sea, but not sure what to do next?

you might have to go back to a saved game.....right after you move TRS out to sea, you have an option to immediately embark units in coastal hexes, with a few restrictions. you would have to check the docs for the exact window to pull up to do it. if you move on past the naval movement phase you can no longer embark units, unless in a future impulse the TRS are moved down a box I believe.

Thanks for that info Brian, I can see now that I haven't done a very good job of playing the CW, i've been too passive with them, and should have put more units into guarding N. Africa.

did you get the units picked up? it's important to get the game mechanics sorted out before you get too worried about strategy. if your units won't do what you know they can, you can't direct strategy.
