1.9.0.12 Loading troops

1.9.0.12 Loading troops

When you choose the option to send your ships to a specific colony to load troops, they decide to pick some up at the nearest colony instead. This didn't happened before 1.9.0.12, so I assume it's a new thing. This only happens when you right click the star system the colony is in and select it from the menu. Zooming in to the colony and clicking on it still works correctly I think.
