90% of time i can't hear sound

Hi guys!

I have a problem, when i launch the game i can't hear the sound. I enable it via game->game options->sounds/music->use game sounds.

My motherboard is a ASUS P6T LGA1366 INTEL X58 RAID

my sound card is PCI EXPRESS ASUS XONAR/D2X 24BIT 7.1 192KHZ.


Can you help me?
some time (10%) i can hear the game sounds...

do you know what can i do?
I have this problem only with this great game.

I have the same problem with the music.

How much RAM do you have? On an old laptop, I was running Command and running out of RAM and the first sign of trouble was sound cutting out.

i have 6 gigabytes of ram

6 GB ( 3 X 2GB ) CORSAIR DDR3 1.333 MHz.



The problem is that when i launch the game i can't hear the sounds.
Looks like can't initiate the sounds.
